Hardware /Software/ Software Licensing Damaged shipments
Customers should thoroughly inspect all cartons for damage before signing for the shipment. This includes palletized freight.
All claims of concealed damage must be reported to Raman Power customer service within 5 days of receipt. Claims made after 5 days of the received date may not be honored. While many technology brands do allow for a 30-day return window. Some returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
All claims of external (visible) damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and notify Raman Power customer service within 5 days of the refusal.
